TRAINING

PERSONALIZED
LAB INSTRUCTION
/ LAB SET-UP - $80 PER HOUR
Need special attention? You
set the agenda. We will help you master certain lab techniques, develop special
protocols, retrofit that back room into a lab or ... you name it.
BASIC BREWING
MICROBIOLOGY WORKSHOP - $120
PER PERSON
Working from our
Brewers'
Laboratory Handbook, we demonstrate essential methods, provide a complete set
of no-nonsense microbiological protocols and teach you how to manage your
microbes through the application of a few simple principles. This
is a painless introduction to brewing microbiology for those with no prior
experience, and a great refresher for those who are more lab-savvy. Class
size is kept small so personalized attention may be paid to each
participant. Held on a Saturday in a fully-equipped microbiology lab at
Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, all methods and techniques are thoroughly
explained and demonstrated. Ample
time is allowed for participants to practice and learn all techniques
hands-on. The material covered is comparable
to that of Siebel's Brewing
Microbiology & Microscopy module.
