BSI-7 Dry English Ale 4

A popular and versatile English ale strain. Ferments with a clean ester profile and high attenuation that can accentuate hop forward styles. It’s high alcohol tolerance is well suited for high gravity beers. A great choice for American IPA and pale ale, as well as higher gravity stouts and porters. This strain is highly flocculant and can create clumpy looking yeast floccs. Widely used in American craft beer for a variety of styles.
