BSI-90 Southern California Ale

A clean American ale strain from Southern California. It can ferment faster than other American ale strains like BSI-1 and A-56. It’s high attenuation and neutral ester profile produce a dry and clean tasting beer, that can help accentuate hop forward beer styles. This yeast has a higher than average alcohol tolerance that makes it a solid choice for American double IPA and imperial stouts. Can produce a slight sulphur note if stressed under certain conditions.
