BSI-530 Trappist Ale 3

From a famous Trappist monastary, this robust Belgian ale strain ferments dry, produces a rich and distinct ester profile with some phenolic character. Leaves a malty palate. High attenuation and alcohol tolerance make this yeast an excellent choice for Biére de Garde and high gravity Belgian Trappist beer styles like dubbel and Tripel. This strain can be top-cropped.
